In August of 2012, Arron Afflalo was traded from the Denver Nuggets to the Orlando Magic. In this documentary short, Arron takes us through a summer day in his hometown of Los Angeles, Calif., stepping at once back into his past, and towards his future with a new team. From the Compton gym where he played his high school games and still trains in the offseason to a stop at his alma mater UCLA, from an intensive training session to a visit to his father's home, A Day in the Life provides an inside look at the experiences and people who have shaped Arron into player and person he has become, and inspire him to achieve even more. Even though he is a bigger and faster player, he is not as consistent offensively as Afflalo. He can play 48 minutes of defense every night, but he is often a no show in the front court. The difference is that Afflalo is carrying the Magic, and Iggy doesn't have to take a scoring role, seeing as Ty, Chandler, Brewer, and the now injured Gallinari can all put up 30+ points any given night.

Lawson is leading the Nuggets with 16 ppg and look at that team. 16 ppg is good, however it is not brilliant. He is the most underrated two guard, both scoring and defending in the league, and also my favorite player, which is irrelevant to any argument, but still a fun fact. I also agree that if the Magic could find a versatile big man, they could be in playoff contention year after year.

Affalo for Howard is looking great for the Magic right now. But i would of done any trade to get rid of Howard he has no heart like Affalo after watching this the Orlando Magic did their HR for sure in the offseason about what guy they wanted and he has destroyed Kobe this season and some of the top SG's in the NBA i might pick up his jersey if he signs long term

As impartial to losing harrington as i was, and the fact that iggy is a better defender, Afflalo is still a defensive stud, and has aspects to his game, like 3 point shooting, that the Nuggets just don't have right now, especially with the loss of Gallo and possibly T-Law.
