@@angelaphsiao I know right? When Barry grabbed him near the end of "Crisis on Earth-X", for a moment, it looked like John may manage to not throw up. But, he then pukes and tells Barry "A little warning, next time?" However, "next time" ended up being later in that season of "Flash". Iris mentioned being unable contact Lyla, but that she can try John. Barry then says "I'll just go get him". The only thing Iris, Caitlin and Cisco are then worried about is having a bucket ready for John to throw up into. It seems like a long shot given Barry's speed, but I'm sure John would've appreciated if one of them sent him a text in that moment, notifying him that Barry was coming.
