Edisntson He only trained with sticks. He luckily beat a Fyer's soldier. After that, yes, he killed a guy while in rage, but that was not enough to even last a second against Slade in the freighter.

check out her skin color of her legs when fyres makes a call to her, then in season 3, Oliver Queen is working for her since she saved his life after the fight with Slade Wilson. After what happen to Fyres and his men on the island, and now oliver just happen to be with Amanda Waller at the end of Season 2 is not coincidence lol
