I love how he stand up for his character, it is not the first time he mentioned having a discussion or a sort "fight" with the producers when they are thinking on sending Oliver in a direction that Amell doesnt feel like true to the characther, I know actors are there to tell a story BUT those kind of discussion are very important and kind add such an amazing quality to a tv show or a movie. He is really a leading man on Arrow. Great guy!
