Robert should've been Green Arrow or atleast have our Oliver visit him in prison. As previously shown In The Flash during a Earth 2 Flashback scene. Robert was arrested as "The Hood" But I can understand if the actor wasn't available for season 8

cool deleted scene from arrow 8x01 arrowverse russia they would have edited that scene on the tv but i guess there was no time for that scene but in tv so they cut off they scene for the tv for the reason a lot of movies tv edits
