I don't usually point out things in videos but starting at 02:29 left side of the screen is something glowing white in the sun. Quartz or chert. Large black piece of shale pointing at it. Thanks for the videos!

I believe it was a partially buried plastic bottle but it does stick out for sure! Definitely the kind of thing that catches my eye on the hunt. Sometimes those plastic water bottles turn out to be a big juice arrowhead, lol. So who knows! Thanks for watching!

There you go!!! New verse to your song!! I was going through a bunch of agates and putting them in the tumblers and I'll be darned if one of the agates wasn't a crinoid. Noticed the shape right away thanks to seeing you pick them up. A real clear little beauty. 👍

So Glad your drought is over ! You definitely earned it man persistence always pays off when the luck drys up🤘 the leaves have all the creeks covered in my area so waiting for a nice flood plus the deer hunters are not too friendly if you ruin their hunt walking through the creeks with a leaf blower 😂 so when circumstances are better hopefully i can find another artifact or two as well. Usually mounted at a 45 degree angle angling back toward the hand like a chisel but you hack with it wood or cleaning hides or even removing marrow from bones I'm sure you'll find wear on the end like a polish almost anyways good luck

Is there ever a bone or tooth that you might find worthy of keeping or reporting?or ever find a bone with evidence of human marking?

I rarely keep bones. I find way more than I even film. I find them interesting but I have a very limited amount of space so, for now, I don't bring too many home. Plus, I don't know bone ID all that well and some of the smaller ones I try not to mess with. There are ancient human remains rolling around out there and I wouldn't want to tamper with something like that. As for animal bones that have been altered by man, yes, I have found a small number of those.

Hey man, I’ve been curious about this for a long time. Are there any known sites down there between the dam and downtown? And if there are, do all the hunters scour those spots daily? Of, is it just artifacts continually being moved around due to the rising and falling of the river?

I'm not really certain, David. I've heard that in ancient times that area was a spot where Mastodon would cross. So, where the big game is, so shall ye find people, lol.

Thank you Z! I loved that little scraper. Got a great shape to it. The coral is a pretty common find in my area. We have quite a variety of marine life fossils in Oklahoma. That piece was an exceptional example. At least for what I have come across.
