It is shocking in Kenya everyone is advocating for new varieties of everything (hybrids or GMOs) in fruits, vegetables, cereals etc etc. I am wondering what is wrong with our indigenous varieties. I will never plant any Hybrid in my farm period. Anyway nice presentation.

This is Taro but in Kenya it's referred to 'arrow root' when talking to foreigners or speaking english. Locally Kenyans call it 'Nduma' when speaking to each other
