That was an amazing performance. Surely this will be what I use for resource when I need to hear something as I attempt to learn this piece!

Beautifully played! May I ask how it was recorded? Multiple mics? The recording is clean, while capturing the warmth and depth of your tone.

Dang! You played those triplets faster than Joe Alessi. Kudos! Just curious, there's no mistaking that Greenhoe with its sonic suspension. Is it a "genuine Greenhoe," or an optimized Greenhoe?

Hey, its a genuine greenhoe. Now i play a Shires with yellowbrass Bell. Kasper

I am thinking about doing this solo for my high school solo and ensemble. How long is Movement 1?

What size mouthpiece did you use during this preformance? I'm attempting this on a 6 and a half ALS but I don't know if it's too big. I can hit all the high notes on the 6 and a half, but I can't practice them over and over again.

Hello! I use a 59MD Laskey. Its a little bit hard work on this piece but i Like the rim and cup 😃

Kasper Thaarup Thank you. I also have one more question if you don't mind, on the third movements at the time changes between 7/8 and 10/8 and 5/8, did you have a specific trick for learning how to play it? I get lost quite easily on that monstrous third movement.
@Thaarupforboern8 жыл бұрын
+Unihorse sorry the late answer, i Think practice with a metronom on 1/8 and slowly Work your way up 👍

How are you so calm when you play these high notes and stuff? How did you get that sound? Who do you listen to?
@Thaarupforboern5 жыл бұрын
Nelson Moreno studies with Michael Mulcahy did that 😁 relaxed body is a good start!
