After you see how much these characters have gone through; Sara dying and then coming back, Caitlin loosing Ronnie twice, Barry loosing both of his parents, Kara loosing Mon-el and her planet, Oliver being stranded on an island for 5 years enduring torture, watching friends die and loosing loved ones like Thea before she came back, his mother and father, really puts thing into perspective when you think about how hard these characters have had to work for who they are today. (I know every character has had something bad happen to them but these were the only ones I could think of in like 1 minute.) Also I’m so sorry for the super long comment!

I remember when Joss Whedon's cut of Justice League came out in 2017...Crisis on Earth-X achieved so much more than Whedon's version of Justice League. Much better story, much stronger direction/presentation, higher-stakes and characters you could emotionally invest in...and a real sense of comradeship. All together is right!
