If she don’t soon , the new baby will either make her or break her. The troupe leaders will amp up by teaching her to quiet down or they will teach her with bad endings. I seen it several times with out comes that didn’t end well.

Have you made a video about Nony before? Thats extremely unusual, isnt it? A fully grown adult male monkey remaining with his mother long after he should have left and joined a bachelor troop. I though the alpha would kick him out, force him to leave. Why is he allowed to stay? Fascinating. Monkey society is so complex. They all have so much character and personality.

Bossy’s son is ‘acting’ or ‘interim’ Alpha, until Bossy decides on her next hunny, I guess. She just doesn’t seem too interested, in finding a replacement for Grandee - but, replacing Grandee will be a hard task.(to me, anyway, lol) And yes, Nony, is an odd case. He was born the same year as Dopey and Batty, so should have been given the heave-ho long ago. We don’t see him, or his Mom Haggy a lot really. They just don’t seem to be out center, that often. There is an adult male son, still in Bossy’s troop, that is even older than Nony. Lancy’s son, Larry. He was pretty well at heave-ho age back in 2016, when AM stated focusing on Bossy’s troop. He stays more on the peripherals, in the troop, but he is still around and AM still catches him sometimes, in some vids

He is such a handsome lad now and I would to see him become an alpha one day. Any more sightings of Grandee? I wish he was allowed stay. I understand why the new Alpha didn’t want him round but I really though he would pop up. now and again. It’s 04:00 so time fore some sleep. Grandee had to go. If he stayed, there would be inbreeding once his daughters reach the age of sexual maturity, which can start as early as 2.

My two favorite times of the year on Monkey Hill....Babies being born and weaning time. Their little tantrums are so cute. They all think their tactics are new to mum and will get them what they want. Of course, some moms do give in after a while but some stick to their guns. And little darling Deenly is my favorite out of this batch. She the most like a human baby/child than any other. From the sucking of her thumb, tantrums and pestering her siblings you just got to love her.

It's hard to follow the videos when they keep going back in time then ahead again it's bad enough they are months behind. Few days ago Lilliby had passed away in March and we were seeing Lullaby with mom and now we are back in March again seeing Lilliby and no Lullaby what gives. I really enjoy your old channel at least there we can actually see the 🐒's age through time and follow the life changes that happen.
