I love watching the mothers with their babies being allowed to nurse and that fills my heart with joy compared to other videos that are not so touching as yours are. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your well-documented videos. I truly enjoyed them.

I couldn’t agree more! I deeply appreciate the approach this channel takes. I’ve seen no shortage of consideration for the wildlife. I’ve enjoyed the observations documented here as they are done in a respectful manner while being cognizant of the potential negative implications caused by humans. From what I’ve seen the channel has done well not to contribute negatively and still manages to get great content! Well done and thank you!! :)

Matriarch is probably getting on the younger mothers nerves. I know she would mine. I feel bad for the mother and her baby. She’s literally acting like she’s the grandmother of the baby 😂

It is always joyful to see when a mother, tortured by endless childbirth, gives the little one the opportunity to get the first milk in order to survive in a cruel reality. He DIDN'T ASK here, where you have to fight for your life with the first breath of air ...

Oh my goodness Mr. Marisco, that was the youngest baby I've seen yet! The mother was beautiful, and that little lamb, 'agneau' which is lamb in French and sounds like 'anew' in English. That's what I would name this baby. It would work for a boy or a girl, and what a lovely little lamb. The way these mothers embrace and cuddle their infants, reminds me of my young mothers as I am an old pediatric RN. Human mothers gaze into their babies faces in just the same way. The other females especially the matriarch were so gentle. Another sensitive, thoughtful video.

Arroz Marisco I know you very seldom answer questions poised by your followers but I am wondering WHY do the Japanese show so much more respect to the rhesus monkey as apposed to other cultures and country’s I.E Cambodia , India , China , Vietnam they are so abusive and torturous to these Long tail macques monkeys ! I just read that it was not till the 60’s that “snow monkeys “ of japan were introduced to hot water tubs, that these were not natural hot springs?!?! Really ? I’m so confused? Really these are man made hot springs to help these snow monkeys to stay warm? I’m so amazed IF THIS IS TRUE!! God bless whom ever devised this for the snow monkeys!! Still I wonder WHY ARE THE JAPANESE SO KIND to these monkeys when the rest of the countries I named are just so cruel?? When I compare the relationship you (Arroz) have with your troops , and the shameful acts that the VO’s in other said regions have with the long tail macaques and short tails it’s is just appalling 😡‼️

I love how the young mother starts grooming the matriarch around the 22:40 mark. It was almost a way to distract the matriarch from wanting to hold the baby, but the matriarch (granny) seems to really enjoy the grooming. And it is so beautiful the way the monkey is staring at the baby at 25:56 :) You captured a beautiful video, thanks for sharing! Happy Mother's Day!!!

When people start to understand that animal don't have mind, they don't think, all their action is by instinct, there is not such things others female give her honor, it is imagination of human mind trying to give meaning their natural behavior. They are protective of their offspring it is nature preserving the specie, if not they would not survive as a specie, it is territorial behavior.

Is there anyway of putting posters explaining to tourists about the way the monkeys conduct themselves as they all belong to groups and hierarchy within each group. I ask as that may help stop some of the conflicts in them when food is thrown out. I am all for teaching people even if it does fall deaf on some ears. Others like myself who did not know this appreciated you teaching me in your documentaries!! Many, many thanks Arroz, just a thought.

@Mandy7D76 жыл бұрын
Just my opinion but I don't see any of what was stated. The first Monkey straight up took the baby. After two attempts poor Mom finally retreats to a tree to get away from her and she sits under Mom pulling on her baby's tail so she slowly sinks down and is nabbed. Then Mom is stuck on the tree from the others blocking her access to leave. She wanted no part of them and all they wanted was her baby. It was left with a group of females not allowing her off the tree and fighting over the baby. There was no sunshine and rainbows only a very anxious Mother who's walked into a pack of nappers.

This has been a very long time I seen rats in the vegetables. The one I have seen eating the crops are more like rabbit, squirrels, deers and my least like of every is called rat snakes in the fields. They are not for food nor not crops they are after rabbits and other critters. For all creatures is something else for its a creature. Like the monkeys that are now in Ocala, Fl that were brought here. There is very amusement entertainment in that every anymore and the one they have brought to the area an the monkeys have learned to survive and giving life to more. No these guys mostly live in the top of the tree and them can climb that the monkeys have gave down to the ground and now are taking all the deers feeders. Now I live in the country and I have deer feed that I place along the lane of the road and I just enjoy watching them to come up and I keep an idea if people are trying to kill the deers when it is not season. I started hearing the turkeys in the tree in the trees in the trees in the tree coming down And got food for the birds so I also blasted bird bath and feeders and I have placed placing for the birds to have a place to lay the babies. During the time all these creatures don’t eat the grapes, figs or pecans and they haven’t eating no of my melon or the sunflowers. I buy large bags of peanuts and sunflower nuts. I don’t allow anyone to shoot not one creature and I have the best birds that no one has seen them. The people from the wild life rangers and they came by and she could not belief the birds and others. So if you treatment the monkeys or birds in that area you will be happy the kindness will be back.

I don't think she is as low rank as you depict. She has refused a couple times to let the Matriarch (Nora?) take the baby, and usually the Matriarch would not let someone of low rank groom her, or groom someone of low rank herself. Maybe mid rank. And the baby is a boy, I saw a sack and peen when she moved it.

Animal is bonded to nature, their eyes have no flash of human intelligence, all power their have is instinct, they live in the present, they don't have mind to free them. That why they live in paece, they are slave of instinct, they don't need to change their nature to became a better animal, they already are. More freedom one have more responsibility they hold toward life.

Shame on you for what u have said that tells me you can not feel for other folks when they go through hurt, or lose of a loved one.
