As soon as you mentioned Miderma. I was in shock. Because i use the clear patches. Cut them to size and put them on at night. Then in the daytime. I add new patches. Since I work from home. I have them on for multiple times. Only thing that has worked for acne scarring for me.

Keloids are the same thing as hypertrophic scars, or so. They form due to an excess healing, I believe. A good surgeon can remove them from your skin depending on their location. On the chest it is not possible, only injections; however, check for secondary effects, such as gaining weight. I had on my knees and legs and they faded away with mederma and time. I had a big one on my elbow and it was operated, due to a motorcycle accident, you can barely see it. If you, sometime, go in for surgery you must tell your doc about your keloid healing skin; however, you will not always heal in the form of a keloid, but you must be preventive and use a cream after a surgery. I don't remember the name of this cream. I have had great results thanks to my docs.

If, on the chest, usually due to ingrown hairs, only with injections they will lower down and/or begin to fade, however, some do improve and others not too much. You must visit a dermatologist and/or surgeon...

Hi Dr. Arsalan, My siz and me found something for the stretchmarks. Its a mixture: Procain, Traumeel (Heel) and Cefasept in one syringe. And you inject it intracutan with a very thin needle arround the stretchmark into the skin, that is still ok, while pullng it out, along the edge of skin outside of the stretchmark. After 3 weeks, small insulas of normal skin appear in the stretchmark. We repeated it one week later, with the same results. They all disappeared after 3-4 treatments. One very big (4 cm x 12 cm) seperated into two, then 3 thin stretchmarks, and disappeared after 1 and 2 treatments. The next 3 pregnancies were without new stretchmarks on the belly, and the next pregnancy with twins made just small stretchmarks above the hips on the backside. The quality and elasticity of the skin improved noticable.

I got accident and i have 5 stitches on right side of chin and the beard of the chin gone peeled when the nurse removed the bandage which was tied not to get swelling in my face .That bandage got removed after 2 days.
