Sure. I poured rice straight out of the bag into a large bowl ...added water...put the lid on and sat on the counter for a day. When I opened the lid the next day the smell was HORRIBLE. I poured the water (not the rice) into a spray bottle....added drops of peppermint oil. I just guessed at how much to add because again the smell is bad. I put the spray bottle in the fridge. I sprayed it on my hair after washing it ...massaged it in and covered it...then washed out. I also braided my hair down and sprayed it on and covered it. It works!!! My hair grew fast! I wasn't consistent with it but I'm about to make it again.

Pour the rice water over my conditioner ( to keep it from drying out) and then pour rice water rinse over it and let it sit for 10 to 20 minutes, then rinse it completely out, then apply another round of conditioner for 10 to 30 min.( rinse water rinse can dry your hair out and cause breakage). Also, during certain times of the year, I can grab gobs of hair out. Probably 50-75 pieces at any given swipe. So do not worry, there are many reasons for hair loss. Do take care. 💜

Something to consider might be the soil that particular rice in China is grown in. Besides the actual less arsenic than in American rice (California being the safer exception), they may have all sort of good things rice from other countries simply won't have. Clean water, good soil, etc.

@@BIANCASWANNMANONHERNÁNDEZHERNÁ i couldn't tell you. I buy Rhee Chun, since it states on the bag and I spoke with them on the phone, it's grown in Cali. But I no longer wash my hair as often and it is getting thicker and less falling out. I used to wash it three or four times a week. I believe I have hard water or other not so good things. I filter for drinking, but not for an entire shower or enough to wet, shampoo, rinse, condition, and rinse again. You also have to take into consideration their life style- diet, environment and genetics are key, plus their stress levels and happiness. My hair is going to thin no matter what, barring plastic/hair surgery. But I can make it fuller by doing or avoiding certain things. I do not smoke, even though my neighbors do, for instance. I forget this video, but others are talking about they have soap/shampoo/conditioners that can be bought from that region. It won't be the same, it might even be a straight scam. I don't use them all at one time but I'm thinking of combining them. If on a budget Rice water, rosemary liquid, mint oil, caffiene, biotin, Shea butter and castor oil. Caster oil is great for eyelashes. I learned all this by going on Amazon and finding out the ingredients of hair growth products. Add aloe vera, keratin, green tea extract and There are hair growth vitamins. But they're expensive. Vitamin B Complex. Something is working. I think I the Saw Palmetto, because I've had thin hair all of my life and now it's much thinker, no more split ends and I can't wait to grow it longer.
@ALT-vz3jn Жыл бұрын
Saw palmetto is cheap and very effective for hair growth/hair loss prevention. Silica also helps with hair growth as it stimulates your body to produce its own collagen. I take Bio-Sil which is the best form of silica on the market for hair and skin health. Lastly make sure you get at least 80 grams of protein a day in your diet. And take a multivitamin with B vitamins, vitamin C and Vitamin D. In certain people who have specific genetic mutations it’s important to get enough vitamin A (not beta carotene, real vitamin A) to grow hair. Iron is also extremely important for hair growth, especially for women.
@tilasole3252 Жыл бұрын
100% on the arsenic in US rice. Unless it specifically stats it is grown in California, stay away from it. I do not care how cheap it is. The US in general has one of the world's leading levels of arsenic in rice. And the only reason the FDA does not condemn it, is because they have no choice or people would be freaking out. Adults have large bodies, so they can eat rice daily easier. But smaller children or even babies can get arsenic poisoning. It's why certain countries have banned or put warning labels on baby products that use rice.
@Hands4hire Жыл бұрын
so basiclly rice from cali and other countries is the only rice to use then?
@tilasole3252 Жыл бұрын
@@Hands4hire If you eat rice with every meal, or even once a day, yes. If you have it once a week, the damage caused is less, if you get it from the States in general. So really it is up to the person eating the food or the cook what they feel is needed to be done. Are little children going to be consuming it? The elderly? Is the water you drink already high in arsenic? Japan has very good rice, for instance some of the best in the world. Provided it is not from Fukushima... The government decided to start selling rice from Fukushima, without informing the public what bags or "portions" of rice was from there. It broke the trust of the people there, as they take their health and rice very seriously. Other parts of the world may have had a natural disaster and arsenic is now more prevalent than before, so you need to research where the rice is actually grown in. As for myself, if it does not say California grown, I am not eating the rice from the US.

@ArsalanAspires Жыл бұрын
That’s awesome! There is a possibility that it still does. There are a lot of factors that go into play. Rinsing it first is one way to minimize exposure.

@ArsalanAspires Жыл бұрын
Agreed!
@tilasole3252 Жыл бұрын
@@adamthompson7170it would also depend where the rice was grown as explained in the video. If it says grown in the US and does not mention the state, assume it is not safe. If it specifically says California, it is the much safer alternative or another country which you will have to look up. Some places may have had a disaster recently, man made or natural, that made arsenic more plentiful, even in a safer country as a whole. But countries are generally bigger than California, so it could be a crap shoot. Case in point, Japan. The government had planned to sell contaminated Fukushima rice without informing the public where the rice was actually coming from. It may not have been a full bag of rice from Fukushima, but a mix. Regardless, that upset the public. They have stores that can tell you exactly what patty field the rice was grown and when, as the Japanese take their rice very seriously. They did not want any part of rice grown in Fukushima, at least when not being informed. Regardless what Japan's government said was safe levels of radiation, even raising the bar to allow more food to be labeled "safe", which only made matters worse as people trusted the government less. But where ever it is grown, it will still have arsenic, as that is just what rice has naturally. You can rinse to get any dirt and purities out, but some arsenic will still be there. Not sure it is really needed, if just going on the hair and will be rinsed out anyway and it is from a safe place. But better safe than sorry. Rinsing and boiling should help regardless, but still not make it 100% arsenic free. Maybe half, but I doubt it. Sorry for long reply, but it is something I am passionate about and at least somewhat knowledgeable in. 😅
