I'm a watford fan - have a love hate thing for arsenal. (Deeney deserved a red btw so I'm not here to argue about that). I have to respect the fans given that they've been around for time and love the club unlike man city fans, some of whom even left early in the FA Cup final. Troopz emotion says it all. Footballers take the piss when they don't even put in an effort, troopz said it clearly eg leaving late for the game, not thanking the fans etc. Unfortunately I feel like a lot of things watford players say about other clubs gets mischaracterised. Given the reaction of arsenal fans whenever we have won 2-1, I wouldn't say that deeney is completely incorrect. Moreso Robbie got vexed about something H. Gomes said although many arsenal fans agreed with him on that. There's no hatred from our camp - it's either a reality check or just banter But from a fan perspective I gotta agree with troopz
