@@Broughie We bought Vieira for 35 million and I don't think we fully utilize him this season. And I don't think he is good enough for us. So lightweight and haven't see so special about him. That is a waste and already included in our fair play spending rule. It means we also stuck with him which mean we have less spending available for another better midfielder. Now we have stuck 2 midfielders Jorginho and Vieira. Then how we goanna spend on another midfielder, striker, and winger? It is not just about money but it is also about how much you allowed to spend. To get another good midfielder, winger and striker, I think it will cost at least 180-200 million on 3 these players. How about if he still keeps Elneny, Nelson, Eddie? And yet, I heard rumors he wants to buy another defender and GK too. He must let go certain players in order someone else to come in dan fill the squad. Not by keeping them and not use them. Look back our bench players such as Eddie, Nelson, ESR, Kiwior, and Vieira. Do you think they get enough game time as subs this whole season? I think less than 5% of the total game time this season. This is not the subs we want. Looks like Arteta himself does not convince to use them when we need them to change the game. We need bench players that can change the game. You sub in just for 5 minutes before the whistle end is not a sub. That is trying to waste time. We can use our academy player for that purpose. Why need to keep them. Sell them. Remember Maitland Niles? We rejected offer 20 million. And we keep him until his contract expired and not fully utilize him. And yet we loan him out. I can't understand Arsenal management.

My opinion next season: Sell all these players next season at once. Enough is enough. Put aside the sympathy. We need to progress as where we stand now. These players must go. Eddie / Vieira / Nelson / Jorginho / Marquinho / Kiwior / Elneny / Tavares / K.Tierney / Jesus / Zinchenko / Runnarson / Soares / and I give one more season for ESR to prove if he can come back to his best. Maybe the same goes to Martinelli. He needs to improve next season. I am so fed up with him this season. No matter what, WE MUST STRENGTHEN OUR MIDFIELD. We need to add another strong midfielder on top of Partey and Rice we already have right now. Midfielder is the key to our game. Possession game style need strong midfielders.
