Timber can play both the sides and in multiple positions and that’s how Arteta wants to unitilize him but you can clearly see in this game , the crosses coming from his left foot were lacking and went over the top of Arsenal players multiple times. He had to switch on his right foot to make a better cross. If the same was coming from his right foot from right side , it would have been much better. A left footed left back overlapping a winger on left makes much more sense as in Calafiori. Arteta wouldn’t have bought Calafiori if he hadn’t seen this.
