I think it was a fair result. I feel bad for people who are saying that the performance was bad, and overestimating them, even some pundits said that "Arsenal is not there as one of the champion candidates" only after A GAME. Remember, arsenal is currently playing without their skipper, and they have just finished their North London Derby AWAY, and after this, they have to meet Manchester City AWAY, and ah yes! This game was also AWAY!! This period is more crucially demanding than others. The players are in exhausting condition. For me, Arsenal have to be smart. Today’s game against Atalanta was probably one of the most boring Arsenal have played so far. While the defense was solid, the attack was a disaster. I’m not sure how Arteta plans to fix the offensive side so the team can start scoring more goals. Where’s the Arsenal from two seasons ago, scoring more than two goals per game? This season’s team seems too laid back and lacking that punch to get goals. Again, the defense is good, which is important, but if we’re not scoring, criticism from the fans will start to roll in. Atalanta is a solid team, but they’re not better than Arsenal. Yet, we gave them too many chances, and now they can walk away feeling good about their performance, which isn’t acceptable. Yes, we don’t want to concede, but we also need to focus on finding the back of the net. Saka’s performance was off today, likely due to his injury from last weekend, but I believe he’ll recover in time for the next game against Man City. It’s also clear the team misses Martin Ødegaard, and Rice didn’t have the best game either. Arteta has some work to do to make the necessary changes. Shoutout to Raya for saving the day, and Calafiori and Trossard for making some impact in the second half. With a big game against mighty Man City coming up, we’ll need all the luck and the best performance possible. It won’t be easy, but I think we can scramble for a draw, which would be a good result for Arsenal. Good luck to the team!

The problem with our attack today was pretty clear, of course no odegaard but mainly the style of play to accommodate havertz, excessive long balls like everton which we should not be doing. This is a major tactical issue and also press wasn't intense enough, and besides martinelli the attackers can't be faulted because the build up in defense and midfield was non existent 90% of the time
