no matter how many times i watch it, i laugh every time. honestly, my favorite part isn't the phone or anything you might expect. i mean, obviously those are great. but my favorite part is how calm he is after his tv explodes. no anger, nothing. just calmly stares for a second, then sets the remote down and calmly gets up and walks away.

This was one of the hardest laughs I had in the '80s, watching this scene. ALL of it was funny as hell...but, the part that got me was, EVERYTHING starting w/, "WHAT?! Ain't no FUCKIN' THELMA HERE, MAN!" and onward...like a Looney Tunes cartoon in terms of its ridiculousness. This was the first time I had seen Arsenio Hall, and l totally lost it! I remember this movie for this scene alone.
