I don't see a great HW here. Footwork is poor, but very powerful. Top opponents and I'm not talking top 1 either wouldn't be so easily hit and they be hitting back frequently with this guys footwork.

His best opponent is going to be Wach and even at 42, Wach has a concrete chin and a 2 inch height advantage. Arslanbek should win but it'll at least be vs a good who has been in the ring with big names and can still bang. I also think Arslanbek is too slow to be a threat to anyone in the top 10.
