Why Izuku will always be No. 1 and Katsuki will be number 2 (I came up with this in my head while listening to this and wanted to put it somewhere so put it in the comments on here lol): (If you don’t wanna read the whole thing, the last part summarizes it) Bakugou has power, skills, natural talent, drive, and determination, just like Endeavor. That’s what brought Endeavor to the top as the number 2 hero, his pure fight and power bringing him as far as it could on its own. But he never did breach number 1 on his own, not until the former number 1 was out of the running. He never earned his place, and that’s because he never had the attitude of a hero. Just like Bakugou. But Izuku, Izuku will be number 1 because he is like All Might. He is like the former number 1, the number 1 that worked his way up there, in the sense that he is kind, he is trusting he is calm and reassuring, he is someone people rely on naturally. He has the attitude of a hero. So did All Might. That, plus OFA let the man make it to the number 1 spot as the greatest hero of all time and the symbol of peace. Think of how off the charts Izuku would be with his attitude and his upgraded version of OFA. Endeavor never made it as high as he wanted, because he wanted to get that high. And that’s all he wanted. All Might made it that high because he worked for others to make it that high, and that’s all he wanted. There’s a reason, other then the abusive nature, that Bakugou is compared to Endeavor in this fic. And a reason why Izuku was All Might ‘s perfect successor, and the next symbol of peace.
