Art and Motivation

I needed this video. I have ADHD and physical disabilities that make art a long and laborious process, and my whole house (as well as my phone, tablet, and multiple hard drives) have become “the pile.” It doesn’t help that I also have too many kinds of artistic projects (painting, drawing, music, poetry, animation, woodworking, writing, crafting, video-making, etc.) and never know what to prioritize. Going to try implementing some of these ideas to see if they can work for me!

I hope you find one that works! I also realised when making this that some of the things that I started will never be finished because I have completely lost interest, so I did end up scraping them completely. It is freeing letting them go too!

Your artwork is honestly blowing my mind I love it!!! This honestly motivated me to practice drawing more often so I can get better this year so thank you!!! I relate so much to the motivation cycle and often find it too frustrating to put my art idea onto paper cause I feel like I always draw it differently from the way I had originally visioned it.
