Those Art De Shine products look solid. I'm definitely going to be trying some of those in the future when I need some new stuff.....which unfortunately might be in 2050. Maybe.... LOL. I have so many different things to try right now I can't keep up. I've really been liking the Dr. Beasley's stuff A LOT. They have some great products for really reasonable prices. And their stuff WORKS GREAT! I love everything I have gotten from them. Very solid performers for the price they charge. I've got their 1201 ceramic coating that you apply using distilled water. Getting ready to apply that to my car in a week or two. I want to do a full polish just to ensure the paint is in top condition. I got their NSP 45 finishing polish/primer to do that with. Polishes and leaves down a ceramic primer with what they describe as "bonding points" for the coating to adhere to. Plus, the best part, you don't have to use any sort of IPA or panel prep which I love. You might want to give NSP 45 a try some day. I know you do coatings and you can eliminate the IPA step and have a "bonding agent" to extend the life of the coating and ensure it gets a great bond on the surface. I believe all their new NSP range has some sort of this bonding agent in it. They say that each step (there are NSP 150, 95, and 45) leave an additional thin layer thus building "up" your layers on top of each other. Their claims are interesting. Mike Phillips at Autogeek said he really likes the stuff. Supposedly works really well. They just came out with a "one step" Nano primer too called NSP Z1 which leaves a years worth of coating down IN ADDITION to polishing out defects! Plus you can coat over Z1 too which is a great option. You don't have to, but you can for additional protection. I'm thinking Z1 topped with a Ceramic coating would be an awesome combo. Z1 tackles about 80 to 90% of the defects (pretty darned good for a one step) and leaves a coating. That would be most detailers dream product. And 98% of car owners out there would be perfectly fine with that result. Especially for a decent price. I may try that product next time around to see how it performs. Like I said, loving the Dr. Beasley's products! If I had to choose "one company" at this moment in time for ALL my products for detailing. It would be Dr. Beasley's. They have a product for just about everything detailing related.

That’s interesting, I’ve tried a few of their prod in the past but didn’t get blown away by them. I will have to swing back and take a closer look. That primer polish u mentioned sounds really good. Im definitely gonna look into it
@joevanseeters28733 жыл бұрын
@@DetailingBreakdown Yeah, look into their NSP primer range. And yes, you are right, I'm surely not "Blown Away" by the products, but, for the money, they work great. Granted, I have not used their coatings yet, and that 1201 coating I got from them is what I call a "coating light" or "extra strong sealant" probably. They call it a ceramic coating that last about a year, but it's probably just an Si02 based sealant or something. Just got their micro-suede cleaner and their micro-suede fabric protectant but haven't applied them yet. My seat centers are that material in my sports car along with the door sides and a few other interior surfaces so I thought i'd give them a shot. I have Polish Angel stuff but that stuff get's expensive real quick. www.autogeekonline.net/forum/ask-mike-phillips-your-detailing-questions-/126123-testing-dr-beasleys-new-nano-surface-primers.html

You applied 1 coat? Was there a topper to put also? And last but not least if you have ever used Cquartz how would you compare both products?
@DetailingBreakdown3 жыл бұрын
Just one coat is recommended. U can use their graphene detailer for a topper. Ayicon is my choice over Cquartz.

Very nice video and impressive gloss! Have you had any experience with their Ceramic metal oxide? Supposed to give you 3 years. If you have, in terms of ease of application, how does it compare?

I have a bottle right here of M.O. but haven’t used it yet. I’m sure it’s easy like this one. The most difficult one is the Graphene coating.

Have you tried Brian at APEX's new Coating and Hydrophilic spray that he partnered with Art De Shine with? I just got mine yesterday and I am so looking to using it after I watch the videos that he has for us to watch that are in the instructions. It looks like a breeze but I would like to do it right. Especially interested in the ability to make it a 10-year product. So it is 5, 8 or 10 years. I will have to reread that part. I have also found that some coatings can really be applied a lot easier than others. Some of them I almost feel that I have applied as fast as you filmed this video, LOL. I think this new Art De Shine by APEX is going to be one of them, you are going to love it. It's always fun watching how comfortable you are with so many products. It speaks volumes about your depth of knowledge. KEEP SHARING, I am trying to be a sponge!

Thanks man. I haven’t tried it but I’ll probably just stick with regular ADS as I know they are behind his product and probably just a little tweaking here n there. I’m already used to them. I’m sure they will be good as everything ADS puts out is good. I can’t afford to put any real long term coating on my car as I use it for testing. Know what I mean? Always having to change it up for u guys. Thank for watching

What do you think about N-914 as a paint prep? Do you think it does as good as a dedicated prep spray? The car looked great by the way!
