Art Journal Disaster? SAVE IT! Easy fixes & techniques

We've all been there. You excitedly open your art journal, grab your favourite paints, and... disaster strikes! Your initial vision ends up looking a mess. That is actually what happened to me! This video will show you some creative ways I used to transform my "mistake" into a masterpiece (or at least a more interesting page!)

Yes it does as helps dull down where I was over handed with the pearlescent paint. Still not 100% happy but walking away now lol. Many thanks for popping over today.

I often have projects which do not work! Sometimes I just throw them in the bin or like you I try to make it better. I have tried using grey ink for background stamping to fade colours which are too bright .Also i have die cut shapes or foliage and added those to blend into the background and blended with inks. What is in my head does not seem to get on to the page very often. Sometimes taking a photo gives a different view
