Thank you very much! I journal depending on my motivation and what I am feeling. Sometimes I journal the whole day, filling maybe 8-10 spreads---and this only happens when I have too much feelings to contain. But sometimes, a whole month could go on without me being able to touch my journal. It really depends 😟
