my neighbours are gonna be so happy tonight with me making an impression of a broken motorcycle on my violin next door 😜 thanks a lot for your brilliant advice as always! helps to think about practice in new ways.

I never realized how much you could shape the sound of simple detache. Brilliant Kerson

Thank you for sharing your insights and knowledge! I admire your playing very much, particularly your beautiful sound. I also admire your honest, non-nonsense approach to everything you do. Your detache reminds of Nathan Milstein’s, especially in bringing the upper arm into the stroke.

What a flexibility do you have on the right hand! By the way, what type of shoulder rest do you use?

I don't use one - instead I use a small pad I made out of foam and yoga mat.
