I was gonna make a lion head out of paper and bamboo but decided to go with carbonfiber/kevlar. Should weight less then a traditional lion head and will be fire/flame proof as well as being able to last at least 30+ years of heavy use (may need new paint and fur after a while but the structure will be stiffer and stronger). dimensions are 3feetX3feetX2 feet high.
