I want to try gouache so bad but not sure which brand to order. There are so many options. The only thing I've tried from Daler Rowney is their System 3 paints.

I believe Daler Rowney System 3 are acrylic, the best gouache entry I would say you can try Winsor and Newton Designer Gouache.

I dont get why were you so surprised they rewet?! Is gouache... an opaque watercolor. Of course they're gonna rewet.
