This is excellent. I have lots of those little plastic bags, and you are absolutely right about not wanting to lug a ton of supplies with you. I have been using my backpack, with way too many supplies, as well as my wallet, first aid kit, water bottle, and other assorted items I take when I go hiking. And it is tiring taking all of that with me. I was just thinking I need to minimize and up pops your video, with great suggestions. My breast pad days are long gone (genius idea), so I use a sports wristband, which is about the same size.
