In terms of colour accuracy!

Yo Nicola, the Dell ultrasharp series isnt bad for colour accuracy. Calibrating a monitor is what really gets your colours sorted though, theres devices you can buy that calibrate screens or you can buy them calibrated if you get a more high end one. Ultimately colours are relative though so you can still make functional images regardless :)
