How to use MINDFULNESS in Art. This is 15 minute exercise that draws on three mindfulness and art therapy techniques to create a peaceful, creative and mindful activity. Draw the breath, music drawing and positive noticing are the three stratgies practiced in the video and are best completed in a quiet space.
