Love this!!! A question, back in 2007 I was at Picasso's with my husband. We did a wine paring with our dinner. It was all fabulous!! My question is, we had an after dinner cordial that when you tasted it is was a berry flavor (I think) but when you 'swished' it around in your mouth the flavor changed completely! It was amazing! I have never been able to find the name of this. Do you know it?

Hi Mary, through a little investigating, we believe the wine you are speaking about is Bodegas Olivares Dulce Monastrell. spr.ly/6053G6u1X It is a late harvest sweet wine from Spain. Please note that the current label may look different than the label did in 2007. Cheers!
