Q:What penci, paper, pen (etc) do you use?

Q: How do you record your videos?
A: I use a Sony Handycam HD to record my videos and Adobe Elements Premier for editing

TLDR; top 3 things to check for if your button maker is not working properly: 1. check into quality of machine 2.check what type of paper you are using 3. make sure you are only putting one part of the button in the machine at once to avoid jams

i can't get my 3" badge make to crimp. i have wasted a dozen buttons trying. step one goes well. when i go to step 2, press down on the lever, it will not connect the button top to the button bottom. i'm feeling hopeless, please help me. please.

Do you think you could make a video on drawing eyelashes? I can draw the eye but whenever I put the eyelashes in it makes the eye look weird. It would make me very happy if you did a video!

I tried to make the buttons but the shell won't combine with the pin and it ruins the art that i made, because it crumps everything but it doesn't attach and it becomes damage, I've lost allot of art due to this, but i don't know why that happens. Do you have an idea on why this happens? I really need help. 😞😞

What type of paper are you using? I have to use supper thin paper, otherwise it can’t bend around the back and the plastic cover doesn’t yuck right

If your confused here is a copy and pasted definition: a la carte. If you request just a piece of fried fish at a restaurant, rather than the fish platter that includes French fries and coleslaw, you can say you ordered a la carte, or a single item from the menu. When a restaurant offers separately priced items, you can describe its menu as a la carte.

I have tried many troubleshooting things for my machine and nothing seems to work so if my paper is to light or thin will that be an issue it is crimping but its not pressing to the pin and idk what to do

Thank you for your helpful video, but I still have a question. Should the thin graphic disk be the exact same size as the mylar disk? Mine are several millimeters smaller.

I'd really like to buy supplies to make buttons and art prints. But since no one cares about my art, I rarely get Redbubble sales or commissions. Therefore I don't have the funds to purchase the needed supplies. It's really discouraging, honestly. When you've worked for years to improve your art, yet no one seems to care. In the end, it comes down to luck.

This video is literally the closest I can find to the issue I am having with my own button maker, but my issue is that in the upper right corner of my pins, when I press down to seal the pin to the backer, it just slices the whole thing open as if I slid a razor blade around the edge of the pin, which makes the pins garbage. Maybe my die is damaged inside or something, but I seem to be wasting more pins than ones that come out right, so I think I do need to contact the manufacturer and see if they can help me.

I used a cutter with some patterned paper as a test,worked just fine. Used paper they sent in with the machine and it didn't work. You said something about thickness compared it to my printer paper which is thinner. And bam apparently they sent too thick paper cuase printer paper works fine

Hi Valerie. Thanks for this video. I'm following all the steps, and my machine is very strong and expensive but still... I'm not able to avoid those wrinkles of the plastic on the edge of the button. I'm using thin paper. I really don't know how to solve this. :(

​@@Jewelsmith yes indeed. In the beginning I pulled down the lever with all my strenght. Now I discovered that, at the contrary, I have to pull very gently and softly. Very gently and not all the way through. I don't know if my english is comprhensible. Let mw know.

@@Bonnyzedcomic Yes, I was doing the same thing, pulling as hard as I could. Now, if I pull gently, just until it engages, I get a better success rate. I'm still getting a few that are sliced around the edges sometimes. I probably need to invest in a better machine.

Art ala carte can you make a light green dragon using yellowish green from the Copic makers, it is YG06 and some other green makers from the Copic plz I love light green it is my favorite color and I love dragons, you can make a light green dragon or a light green horse plz
