Artanis' new Spell Armor Stacks

I was just testing his dps build with triple strike and titan killer. Almost 100% uptime on shields without getting force of will It's insane. I was a big Arty fan and didn't even ask for buffs but now we has like 2 decently viable builds. Now with the passive aspect of titan killer he will probably win all his 1 v 1 fights against other tanks who lack a ton of cc.

Plasma burn just doesn't seem like a good talent, idk. The damage isn't there for it to compete at 16, let alone at 20.
