ഇതുപോലെ കൊണച്ച നിയമം ഉള്ള നാട് ലോകത്ത് ഒരിടത്തും കാണത്തില്ല. മരടിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ പൊളിച്ചയിടതുതന്നെ പുതിയ ഫ്ലാറ്റ് പണിയുന്നതിന് നിയമ തടസ്സമില്ല. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ മെട്രോപോളിട്ടൻ സിറ്റികളിൽ ഒരു വീടിനോട് മുട്ടിച്ചു വീട് പണിയാം ഇവിടെ പണിയാൻ പറ്റുമോ. ഇവിടെ ഒരുത്തനും നിൽക്കാത്തത് ഇവിടുത്തെ നിയമ കുരുക്കുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇത് ആർക്കും അറിയാഞ്ഞിട്ടല്ല കൈക്കൂലിക്കിവേണ്ടി ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ രാഷ്ട്രീയ കൂട്ട് കെട്ട് മനപ്പൂർവ്വം ഉണ്ടാക്കിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കേരളം ഒരിക്കലും രക്ഷപെടുകയില്ല.

ആശാനെ cheating ന്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ ജാതിയോ മതമോ രാഷ്ട്രീയമോ ഒന്നുമില്ല, എനിക്കും tvm ൽ ഫ്ലാറ്റ് ഉള്ള ഒരാളാണ്. 2014 dec 31 ന് occupancy താരമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് full payment കൊടുത്തിട്ട് ഇപ്പോൾ 2024 ഇതുവരെ OC and TC കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല. 99% builders ഉം customers നെ cheat ചെയ്യും. നമ്മുടെ നാടിന്റെ ഒരു ഗതികേട്. അഴുമതി വീരന്മാരായ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്മാരും രാഷ്രീയ കോമരങ്ങളുടെയും പിൻബലത്തിലാണ് ഇവന്മാർ പ്രതികരണ ശേഷിയില്ലാത്ത സാധാരണ ജനങ്ങൾ കഷ്ടപെട്ട് സമ്പാദിച്ചതും bank loan എടുത്തും മേടിക്കുന്ന flat ഉം ഒക്കെ ഇതുപോലെ dispute ൽ കിടക്കുന്നത്. യൈതവൻ ഭരിച്ചാലും ഇതുതന്നെയാണ് നടക്കുന്നത്.
