Arteck Bluetooth Keyboard Not Working?

In this video I talk about troubleshooting steps if your Arteck Bluetooth Keyboard is not working. The model on this keyboard is HB030B. I talk about charging the keyboard, how to turn the backlight on if it’s turned off, making sure the paired device is close enough to the keyboard, and how to pair the keyboard. This keyboard has a lot of problems staying connected. Idk if this is common to other ones or not. Sometimes turning off bluetooth on the computer and turning it back on will allow you to re-connect it.

Simultaneoualy press the Fn (lowest left button) and Delete button if you want to delete, so that it wont shut off....

Mines problem is this is the first time my keyboard that i will charge since i bought it last last week and i charged it for more than 3 hours now but there's no any lights that are opening except the red light and now i charged it again but the red light will on then a few seconds it will off even the charger are correct and there's no problem with the charger. Here's how terrible this keyboard is: selet keys on this keyboard hae stopped working altogether Strangely enough on another idential keyboard different keys siultaneously stopped working as well I hae paired the with different deies y Aaon Fire and y phone and it is definitely both of the Artek keyboards The biarre part about it is that they both started doing this on the sae day after working suessfully (ostly) for seeral days ery ery weird!
