why he didnt level skill 3 in laning phase against 2 melee?

Usually people get lvl 1st skill to last hit ranged and he was not expecting such aggressive playstyle from them. So I think that he was leaving one skill point so that he can abuse second skill. Idk if this still in the game, but when you get hit, your second skill will go on CD, but if you level it up, it will insta refresh. But then later he saw that they just kept pressuring him and he chose to play safely and just go jungle, where his 3rd skill is useless and second skill is superior for farming lanes

@nikitkuzi yeah i see, he said it at the last min of video why he didnt lvl his 3rd skill. but do u think he couldve lane better with 3rd skill up with tusk or smthing idk 🤷‍♂️ rtz things

@@simpshogun992i think he wouldn’t win without maxing 3, and he can’t do that cuz he needs 2 to farm. And having it at lvl1 would not change things much lookin at the enemy hp and dmg, they both has 1k hp, and each of their skill deals like 20% of rtz hp. (Also it would be hard to hit or cast 1 cuz clockwork, so he might even lose even with max 3)
