He had bad season after that because Sociedad had so many injuries and have been struggling that season so bad. Scored 40 goals in 38 league games as a team. Also redemption stories do also happen in Football too. Look at what happened with Xhaka. The hot headed Chelsea approach also doesn’t always work and can cost you a lot as well. The Kronke’s don’t seem like the Todd Boley type to me, so you also have to be realistic. Plus no matter who we get, it will always be a gamble.
