When Odegaard was out injured in the early stages Arsenal surprised teams with the compact 4-4-2 we used against Tottenham, Man City away and even PSG at home. Those performances boosted Artetas perspective of being able to "win in any context." Unfortunately I feel he doubled down on the formation and as your guest put it so eloquently, we be came Stoke. Against Nottingham Forest we were finally able to use our Plan A that Odegaard is integral to and having Nwaneri growing into the team is super reassuring. Now (if Arteta uses him more) we can give Odegaard cover and manage his minutes better!!!! COYG

We would not have missed odegard this much if Arteta had trusted Nwaneri. That boy would have grown in confidence. Look what a beast he was today. Him watching odegard play gives him a boost cus odegard is his idol. I remember his first match, odegard made every pass to him cus he knows that boy is his reincarnation.
