That was DISGUTINGLY good. You have to have some real guts to go for most of those tiny optimizations like jumping off the poles early and that ballsy rocket accel off the ledge into a jump near the beginning. I hope people who see this know that positioning your characters in this game is nowhere near as easy as you make it look, there's some really good stuff going on here.

As someone who has "mastered" this game and played it far more than any other game in the franchise, I must say this was incredible! In fact, this was so incredible that the game couldn't assess it and give it an A immediately!

4:08 How do you grind on the rails so quickly? I never seem to make it in time with Sonic to dodge the final laser, so I always use Tails to fly above it.

+premydaremy Yeah, me too. I was playing this on Dophin and it wasn't full speed while recording so I was able to press the buttons quicker, maybe that gave me faster speed to bypass that laser part.

Well, it was probably since most of the bonus score comes from defeating enemies. But those slick moves you did there. That deserved some points too. Such acrobatic stunts in the midair above death-pits. I have been playing Sonic Heroes more than it's healthy, but I could never do that.

Why doesn't anyone explain Shadow's past to him? Rouge could have spent five minutes of her time to explain to him. She could have told him he was a science project called the Ultimate Lifeform, had a girlfriend who died on the ARK. Then battled a giant lizard. But no,that isn't explained until the next game.

A year old (perhaps two) reply, but whatever... the Reason why Rouge didn't tell Shadow about his past, is because she needed a team in order to bring down Eggman, and given that Omega and Shadow would only cooperate if they had common goals, that's why, and besides, at the ending of Sonic Heroes, it's uncertain for her if Shadow is just an Android or the real thing, plus she hold back on telling anything. PS.: Maria wasn't Shadow's boyfriend, they had a strong bond regarding friendship only.
