In Lucknow, India, they put chickens in a goat, and a quail in the chicken and a hardboiled egg inside the quail that is deep fried :D. The goat is marinaded and covered in chilli, turmeric, cumin, maybe also garam masala; the insides coated in salt and chill, same for other birds. It is then put inside a pit with charcoal and slow cooked for 5 hours( covered in sand as it holds heat better and lets fire breathe). You should try that Boodog Boys :D. p.s. and use Ghee only, also add ginger garlic tot he rub, sorry forgot.
