कृषि क्षेत्र में समग्र दृष्टिकोण को 03 हिस्सो में विभाजित कर देखा जाना चाहिए:- PPP 1.PRODUCTION 2.PROCESSING AND 3.PURCHASING/MARKETING. 1.उत्पादन के लागत घटाना, उत्पादन के गुणवत्ता में सुधार अंतराष्ट्रीय मापदंडो और मांग के अनुकूल उत्पादन 2.प्रसंस्करण के लागत घटाना, प्रसंस्करण सुविधाओं,तकनीकों का विस्तार /सीधे किसान समूहों द्वारा प्रसंस्करण की व्यवस्था। उत्पादन की असमानता को दूर करना यानी सभी प्रकार के फसलों को बाजार मांग के अनुकूल उत्पादन की समयोजना बनाना, और 3.किसानों के मार्केटिंग तक सीधे पहुंच बनाने के लिए किसान मंडियों का विस्तार.... प्रॉपर चैनल और प्लेटफार्म प्रदान करना। इसके अतिरिक्त किसानों के लिए प्रशिक्षण व्यवस्था करना।

Alok sinha is not aware about the wholistic problem of seed and fertilizer, fertilizers are fed by private companies, and seeds are fed to near and dear people of the seed department, from agriculture university the certified seed are never falling in hands of farmers on subsidised rates, they are moving towards privates and privates are selling such seeds which are engineered to feed private fertilizers and pesticides only.

Sir, its very sad we know the solution. We have experties and we discuss and debate then also it is mere political drama. Still till today after independence we are unable to slove this problem and reiterating protect farmer from exploitation. Politicians just emotionally blackmail farmers by announcies freebies during election. Countries having one among the largest arable Land ,largest population engaged in agriculture and most highlighted and hot topic throughout the year is ironically facing distress In each and every stage of production, procurement,market system. Oh God let's hope for the betterment of this sector. If anyone having idea what an individual can do to cooperate farmer, government to bring this sector out of this distress then please share your ideas

It's a request to the team of RSTV if they can me to connect with Alok Sir and Tajmal Sir. I am in talking terms with the farmers of a village in bhatinda and want to work for them by bridging the gap between govt and farmers and among various farmers also. I have a draft plan ready.. just need an appropriate input, and got a hope after watching this episode. I hope to get a reply... We have no less resources, just a management is required, I want to contribute my bit.. 🙏 PLEASE HELP
