This is F'ing amazing. I remember hearing this song for the first time in 1968....................I was 12 years old. "Fire" had the same impact on me as hearing Purple Haze, Sunshine of Your Love, Jingo or Maggot Brain. Amazing! Almost 45 years later, he still rocks it and Alice Cooper's band does a fantastic job on the support. 5 stars.

I was a little boy when I first heard it, and it legitimately scared the shit outta me. I gave it another go though and loved it more each time. It's one of my favorite songs now (I'm 43), and became a huge fan of Alice Cooper as well.

What a trip... The Crazy World of Arthur Brown!!! This music was when Rock n' Roll was really something and had sustance. Hat's off to Alice Cooper too. I've seen (literally) hundreds of County / Southern Rock / Rock / Metal (whatever the label de jour is) shows, and without a doubt, Alice Cooper will always be the top showman. If you havent seen him, make it a point to go see one of his shows. You won't be disappointed.

I just saw Alice with Motley Crue last month, he IS the ultimate rock god, ozzy, manson, ive seen them all but Alice Cooper was just born to rule the stage. Last time I saw him play was in 1977, and he looks just the same today, had the same energy, same awesome power on stage, he just owns the rock stage.

That was amazing! I almost cried seeing that. Nice to see Arthur Brown get recognized and hear "Fire" in a heavy metal context. Arthur Brown is metal. Even though his music was mostly psychedelic rock, he is still a huge influence in the heavy metal community. To my knowledge, he was the original falsetto king..
