The game was abandoned when Fery was 2 serving points away from taking a win in the 3rd set. I’m glad they could finish this time.

Great video. How do you watch the live tennis events at Stanford. Is there a ticket booth? How much does it cost?
@newycphoto Жыл бұрын
Free ticket and free pizza sometimes. Free T-shirt last Friday even. Free parking for weekend also. The last home game of regular season is on this Saturday, come to support Arthur and the Cards! See you there 👏🏻

@@davidhan2 arthur is a full time Stanford student athlete and is around 400 atp without competing too much on the tour… I think that‘s better than the average 700-1000 players you mention

Do they have 1 serve only? I coun't get that one, maybe the video just edited removing the faulty first serves.

Does Arthur lose many? I’ve watched a lot of his vids and don’t think I’ve seen him lose yet
@newycphoto Жыл бұрын
He has been undefeated on count 1 for ALL home games. He only lost to Govind Nanda (UCLA) and Stefan Dostanic (USC) in his freshman year on court 2/3. He is finishing his junior year.
@newycphoto Жыл бұрын
Correction, he lost to #1 Eliot earlier this year at home. But that was indoor court at South San Francisco. So technically, that doesn’t count 😂
@leom5671 Жыл бұрын
I think Dostonic has the better serve. Fery is more consistent tho

Thank gosh I did not play for any college team tennis rn, most players are competitive I get it, but the unnecessary grunts, just overall personality itself is super degrading, some players aren’t and I live for that, but the rest who are, are actually assholes.

Horrible. Modern tennis. So boring. Like throwing rocks at a tree. It’s not even a sport. Tennis is now on the same level as backyard darts. It doesn’t have any personality due to the giant rackets the fake strings and artificial power that does nothing but ruin the game.

Just think how well they would do if they just stop making all the same basic movement mistakes that recreational players do. Looks like they need a pro coach to go to the next level.
