Honestly, the gun just feels nice, and let's be real - in modern Warframe, do you need much else? If you aren't slogging through endurance to the level cap, it seems like a nice comfy gun that you can point and click and delete a hallway with in decent time. Comfort food brrt gun.

For a bullet hose it has ammo efficiency which just feels nice, and aiming downsight has bonus headshot crit chance, which feels good. Good vibes all around.

There is no such thing as copyright for AK rifle, hense why many films, games, and other media use it freely. Still some companies are a bit picky using it as-is, so they create "Totally-No-AK" such as CV-47 for example.

Blast with elementalist works great on it. Blast/Electric too if you're OK with sourcing a mod from somewhere else to free up a slot.

Yo Az I agree with everything in the video except for the gun CO part if you use the Verglas it immediately puts around 7 to 11 different procs on enemies not including the status types you put on the weapon and the puncture from the weapons base damage that can be an immediate 9 to 13 status types at the same time on an enemy and that is immediate every time

​@hachikuji_mayoi if you're talking about single target ttk, sure otherwise there's a meaningful difference in the amount of setup required to reach reasonable KPM (with prerequisite setup mattering for QoL) but yeah you can 1-shot L9K demolysts with a fishing spear if you're willing to stack enough synergies

Protea build with temporal erosion augment and the new blazing artillery augment is very very strong. Like Xaku with armor strip. Build high duration and power strength. Some people don’t like using her 4 though.

I modded it for Blast/Corrosive without modding any fire rate. I play Harrow and usually run a companion with reinforced bond as well to increase my fire rate even further. This gun really is a frame specific one, if you play a frame that buffs or uses Crits such as Gyre, Harrow, Styanax, Dagath, etc. I would highly recommend.

Gotva has higher damage, AX-52 has better QoL. Mainly deciding between dps vs feel/aesthetics. If you include Xata, AX wins though due to weird mechanics.

@@Aznvasions Perhaps Xata + Tenacious Bond can show similar synergy on all weapons? Afterall the whole deal is about making Xata crit, not just forced CC, but also forced CD as it has base multiplier of 1. Tenacious Bond will first increase the final CD by +1.2×, then that dmg will transfer to xata, and then tenacious bond will again increase Xata's CD to 2.2×. So in short, tenacious bond is increasing both Xata's dmg and CD.

I wonder if abilities like styanax 4 that act as weapon dmg but has 1× base CD multiplier are also affected by tenacious bond. An adarza kavat with tenacious bond can make a lot of builds to achieve a new level of dmg which wasn't possible before.

@@A_Game_Zone Xata critting unfortunately is exclusively an AX-52 thing, as there are no other ways in game to make Xata crit. But yes, Tenacious + Xata as a whole is a decent combination, even outside of this weapon.

IOS can no longer get dropped so essentially you either have to have a PC or android phone or do you have to go to web browser and login through the website version of Twitch it’s pretty stupid. I’m not a fan of this

Corrosive as a damage type fucking died after the damage changes, it's effect is like, alright but even then it's got fucking nothing on viral. Even for raw DPS viral wins out because % reducing enemy HP is better than reducing their pitiful armour values. Only thing it doesn't objectively win out in is against the like 7 enemies that are viral immune, but corrosive ends up still just being worse than heat against those enemies anyways

​@@tylerprime6741This isn't true lol. Say a target is armor cap 2700 = 90% damage reduction, meaning you do 10% damage. Say with corrosive you strip them to 50% damage reduction (pretty sure it's even lower and with green shards it's 0 but I'll be generous to your side for arguments sake). That means you're now doing 50% damage instead of 10%, which means 5.00x damage. Whereas viral is a 4.25x damage multiplier.

@@FlipsMG and yet even with that, viral still wins out. All my previous testing fucking got thrown in the trash after the changes so after running hours and hours if new stuff. Viral is the winner of the update, corrosive is just fucking dead. When viral/heat when enemies have armor kills faster than corrosive/heat with shards for full strip, why ever run corrosive? Now after running more for the AX, corrosive does barely edge it out (and it's real close) and that's 100% because it is only puncture. If it had literally any innate slash then viral would be better and it wouldn't even be close. There basically isn't any need to go out of your way to strip enemies anymore because it just doesn't matter, green shards went from the biggest damage increase you can have to being used on saryn and elemental ward+affliction one shots

@@tylerprime6741 I literally just did the math, corrosive heat is better than viral on armor cap targets, and armor cap is before lv 180 even iirc. Corrosive with green shards takes your damage from 10% (2700 armor is 90% reduction) to 100% which is a 10.00x multiplier. Viral heat is a 50% reduction of armor taking it to 1350 which is still an 81.81% damage reduction, plus a 4.25x multiplier to damage on health from viral. This is effectively a 7.73x multiplier. 10.00x > 7.73x so corrosive heat wins still lol. The only thing that is better with viral than corrosive is slash, and slash is MUCH worse now because they increased enemy hp at higher levels by absurd amounts. You're basically always better off going for a non-slash corrosive build.

I haven't used it yet, but I can think of an interesting build with max duration Gauss (or Harrow) with Energized Munition. The passive +60% Ammo Efficiency does stack to 90% (1-(0.4 * 0.25)) So you lose only one ammunition every 10th shot. which can be insane! Primary Deadhead for the -Recoil with another -Recoil mod to negate any Recoil

terrible builds. only way to make this weapon useable is with a decent -puncture riven with a corr + blast build. (corr + heat for dot build) go for corrosive on a aoe secondary, and blast with bane/crit/+damage and punch through on main build. no need for extra cc because of the headshot gimmic. (Xatas whisper is a thing too)
