ArtiCAD - Standard Speed kitchen Design - Stori Clifden - Silent - No Music, No Commentary.

I haven’t voiced over or added music. You can then listen to your own sounds rather than a repeated song for ages. Speed up or skip to where you need.
This design is for a kitchen in a slim shaker. I built the main room using Sketchup to get the bifolds and VELUX looking good. The laundry cupboard is also sketch up as I find doing that quicker.
I wasn’t successful selling this design and it was heavily revised. The clients budget didn’t meet their expectation.
As this is designed whilst working, long pauses are cut out and in a couple of instances I’d paused the recording to work on sensitive data and neglected to unpause. Similarly I then paused and finished the rest without recording.

I really love the UltraHD rendering. If you don’t have a good dedicated graphics card you won’t reap the benefit. My system uses a RTX3070ti. The lighting is something to get used to. The HDRi’s have their place and uses (more for my kitchen side). I’ve an irritating bug of bathroom windows having an artifact render a bit further out affecting the lighting. I’ve not spoke to support yet. Real pain is converting textures to work in the new rendering system.

Im new to articad (formerly a 2020 fusion guy 😢). Im struggling to amend the attachements. How do you bring a skirting plinth in front of the door for example or make the cornice and pelmet flush with the doors instead of ovehanging. Thanks in advance. Great videos

The best method is to highlight the run you want to edit, then right click on it, select customizable panel then select create either plinth or cornice. You can then edit it how you’d like (after selecting the attachment shape of course). At around 59:01 in this video I edit the skirting plinth. I hope this helps.
