Art 14 (1) - Equality before law in Indian Constitution
Art 14 (2) - Equal Protection of Laws in Indian Constitution
Along with important case laws of Article 14 which deals with:
Old Doctrine of equality which was propounded in the case of State of Bombay v. F.N. Balsara
New Doctrine which talks about the dynamic concept of equality, propounded in the case of E.P. Royappa v. State of Tamil Nadu
I have tried to simplify and explain the development and expansion of the fundament right to Equality which is conceptualized into Article 14 with Case law on Indian Constitution

What i observed through your explanation is, Lucidness of concept, Clear in thought, Intrest in teaching, Good sense of wit, The necessary body language while explaining, hand gestures The inner motivation tht is very rare to find about Only a person who did experience whts the wisdom truly is can teach like this. So it was literally Awesome. And thanks a lot for making such a amazing video. At8:33 ma'am reasonable classification was already there in old doctrine which hast to be determined through 2 test The new doctrine tilt more towards equality before law The new doctrine some where is a blend of "reasonable classification (old doctrine )+ abolition of arbitrarily (princilpe of natural justice has to be followed) N they club both

No.. it doesn't .. law comes under article 14(2) Classification.. C AB comes under 14(2) via classification of a minority religion group of islamic country

The right to sue and be sued , to prosecute and be prosecuted for the same kind of action should be same for all the citizens of full age and understanding without distinction of race, religion, wealth ,social status or political influence.
