SC se hai to bhi in the era of fake cases or threats, to be on the safe side hire an SC employee specially if you belong to Upper Caste. Learnt that from a tv show when a cafe owner fires a waiter bcz of her behavior but waiter was Black and owner was white and waiter says that she can't remove black one (implying that she will be accused of racism) but right then another black girl comes there searching for job (she had a poster stating she was looking for help) & the owner just asks if she can join the work right now. The new girl says yes & the older one takes off her apron and passes it to new one. Now she can't accuse of racism since there is another black girl working
