They're singing in Pidgin, which is West African version of broken English. Basically, the song is a message to Article Wan & Patapaa's haters that "they say we do nothing, but then they like our thing" Their haters claim they do nothing as musicians and Article Wan replies by saying, "go to any party, and you still hear them playing their songs".
