So fortunate to see them multiple times, by far the best musicians of that punk era... huge influence to Chicago metal at the time. Virus-X is a **PHENOMENAL** drummer. There's never been a punk/hardcore drummer like him. Listen closely: extremely technical, fast and pushing himself to the limit of his ability on every track -- makes the band. Inspired me to play drums -- I wonder who inspired him.

This is straight hardcore punk, just with advanced playing skill, there is no metal in this, this is not crossover, learn how to distinguish between genres

Rumor has it that if you listen to this album in it's entirety backwards, spin in a circle, and cluck like a hippo your body grows a second asshole.

@@skinheadyouth66yeah.. wtf?? Not at all even close at all to Crossover.. go listen to some ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT or D.R.I. C.O.C. and some MAIMED FOR LIFE if you are confused and want to know crossover is.. because this is the absolute definition of the early 80’s great and ground-breaking hardcore/punk bands from the mid-west
