That is a nice attachment! I have TONS of big rocks in all of my dirt. This is something I am going to have to look into. Unfortunately, first I'm going to have to look into getting converted to SSQA so I can swap buckets...

Oho! I'm preparing to buy a small rock bucket, suitable for use with a B-series, for sifting the rocks out of tilled fields (we're kinda near Rocky Top, and soil conditions reflect it). Having the toothy edge for clearing brush, corn stalks, and the like sounds like a big bonus, saving me the trouble and expense of putting a toothbar on the regular bucket. Seems likely I'll be ordering one of these in a few days.

Looks like it could be good with the rocks but also looks like it could use a vibration motor so you don’t need to wear out your pins and such. Great job John. Stay safe and have fun 😁

Everything has its use! I keep my stump wrecker on instead of my 60” bucket as it gives me better vision to see when mowing. But for moving materials, this bucket (and my stump wrecker) would never be good. I do agree for smoothing areas out would be great!

Awesome video Jon. Been looking for something like that for scraping the ground and removing small rocks. Almost pulled the trigger this weekend on cutter bar for my standard bucket and a rock bucket but it has 3” gaps. Timing is everything. Forego those plans and ordering this today. Thanks!

I got the call from Curtis today about my order. Seems they only build these for compact and subcompact tractors. Told me my MX5200 was too big and they were concerned with lift capacity that the rock bucket might bend or break something. I do appreciate their reaching out and honesty about it. Could have shipped it and had disappointed customer. Good to see a company who is upfront with their potential customers. At this time the person who called me is not aware of any plans to build the rock bucket bigger and/or stronger. So back to searching again for something to work.

​@@tomarnold995 There are some good people at Curtis/Artillian that are looking out for customer satisfaction. Yes your MX5200 would probably be too much for this rock bucket. You could probably handle a 72 or 80 inch bucket instead. Good luck in your search.

I need one of those for my garden, it is full of rocks. Some of them rocks are very big and when the tiller hits them it jumps out of the ground. I suppose like everything else is high priced. Here in Missouri it's very rocky like living in a rock quarry

The tractor is 23hp and the bucket weighs about 200lbs. I really like the bucket!
